The Cosener's House

 

The Cosener's House occupies a picturesque Thames side position in the grounds of the mediaeval Abbey of Abingdon. It takes its name from the Cuisinier or Kitchener (the official responsible for providing food for the Abbey).

Conference Complex

The main conference room is situated in a modern purpose-built facility adjacent to the main house. This can accommodate up to sixty people and is fitted with a full range of audio-visual aids, photo-copying facilities and computer links. Two smaller conference rooms are also available.

Accommodation

Single or twin-bedded rooms (many en suite).

Meals

Excellent meals are served in the attractive dining room situated in the 19th Century wing of the house. Vegan and vegetarian meals are available on request.

    • Saturday to Sunday - 8.30am to 9.30am
  • Lunch - By arrangement
  • Dinner - By arrangement (usually Monday to Friday 18:30 - 19:30, Saturday and Sunday 18:30 - 19:00)
Payment

Accounts may be settled between 7.30am and 10.30am on the day of departure. Most major credit cards are accepted.

Parking

Limited parking is available on-site. A public car park is located adjacent to The Cosener's House and tickets are available from reception.
