                        MICE Collaboration Meeting

                    30th October to 2nd November 2003

The MICE Collaboration meeting will take place between Thursday 30th October
and Sunday 2nd November at The Cosener's House in Abingdon. Cosener's is not
far from RAL and Oxford and from the main London airports. The meeting will
start at 9am on Thursday and finish before 3pm on Sunday to allow most people
to fly home that evening. Thursday will be devoted to parallel meetings.

Accommodation and all meetings will be in The Cosener's House. Rooms have been
block booked for the duration of the meeting, 41 from the evening of 29th
October until the morning of 2nd November and 20 for the evening of 2nd 
November for those who need to stay an additional night. These will be 
allocated on a first come, first served basis. In addition, the bookings of 
all un-allocated rooms will have to be cancelled FIVE weeks before the 
meeting starts to avoid a cancellation charge. Early registration is 
recommended, therefore!

This also means that if you cancel a room booking within this six week period
and the room is not taken by somebody else, we will be charged the
cancellation fee and will have to pass it on to you!
