Update: This workshop now has an official website
.
Note: dates for this meeting have been changed to Sunday 3rd–Thursday 7th of April, as the initial choice clashed with the Easter holiday period.

the best dates for an FFAG meeting are Mar 24-25 with a possible summary session on the 26th. We have to have a meeting before Apr 13 to properly address a U.K. funding deadline and a number of our U.K. colleagues will travel directly from a meeting at Jefferson Lab to Fermi. Parallel sessions can be organized on a proton driver (Sandro) and hadron therapy in addition to the electron model and general FFAG development. I would also promote a follow-up meeting just after PAC. Let me know any concerns, as I will start making arrangements at Fermi. Carol

cclrclsv.RL.AC.UK> Subject: FFAG meeting Apr 3-7 Date: 2005 March 16; Wednesday 16:54 Hi, Some people are claiming they did not receive this notification. A very preliminary agenda is now on the web page with only sessions defined. You have only a couple of days for the cheap rate at the Marriott. Regards, Carol Hi all, The web page is up and linked to the normal meeting list for the muon collaboration : http://www.cap.bnl.gov/mumu/collab/table_workshop.html
The Courtyard in Marriott is the best choice for lodging, but the government rate of $83/day will only be valid through March 18th. Lodging information is posted on the web page. We are putting an agenda together now and are soliciting talks as follows: April 3 - Apr 5th morning will concentrate on the electron model design and proposal, although parallel working sessions on proton machines are welcome and people may want to get started early. Apr 5- Apr 7, will concentrate on proton applications including medical applications, but it is likely electron model types will still require parallel working sessions to iron out the details of the electron model proposal One new development is that the "DOE" has some interest in this workshop and has asked for an FFAG proton driver which would suit Fermilab's needs. We should take this suggestion very seriously and may want to implement a coordinated effort on this topic. Please send me your talks and I'll get Pavel to start a tentative schedule. THANKS, Carol and Sandro
