PPD Learning and Development Plan - Autumn 2006

11 September 2006

Period of validity

This learning and development plan will be reviewed in Spring 2007.

Self-motivated learning and development

Within PPD we have a large number of highly qualified and skilled staff. All are self-motivated, and in many cases identify their own immediate development needs and take independent action without reference to an overall plan.
